Form of Payment
Asili accepts the following forms of payment: AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discovery via Paypal. We ONLY accept checks as a form of payment through Paypal. Please note, eCheck processing through Paypal may take 3-5 days to clear. If you choose this method of payment, your order will be processed after your eCheck clears so please allow 7 to 14 days from order date for delivery.
Shipping Policy
All orders will incur a mandatory shipping and handling fee (fees outlined below). Orders over $75.00 (sub-total, prior to sales tax) or more get free shipping. Free shipping offer is good for standard shipping within the United States. All shipments are made via United States Parcel Service. Priority and Express shipping can be requested, please email us at asilibodyproducts@yahoo.com for a quote on shipping charges.
Shipping Time
Please keep in mind that Asili products are made fresh daily due to our high turnover of inventory. All products are custom made just for you. We try our best to make sure items are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Gift Certificates
Asili gift certificates make a great gift. If you are not sure about what that special someone wants, let them decide with an Asili gift certificate. They are available in any denominations.
Gift Wrapping
Gift orders receive special attention. Upon request we are happy to put them into a beautiful Asili gift box filled with colorful shredd. There is an additional fee of $5.00 for all gift orders.
Price Changes
We try to keep our prices stable. Due to market fluctuations on raw natural ingredients, prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns
Please be sure of your purchase. All sales are final and are not subject to return. If for some reason you would like to return a product, it must be unused and you may do so for a store credit towards something else within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damages
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
Spa Parties
Spa parties require a $25.00 deposit to hold your spa party reservation. This fee is fully refundable at the end of your party or can be applied to future Asili orders.
If you host a spa party, you will receive a Asili hostess gift set or basket with $50.00 worth of Asili body products after your party.
Asili will gladly provide a list of our preferred manicurists, pedicurists and massage therapists to provide services for your guests at a reduced fee. Your guests should plan on paying for their own spa services.
All spa party orders will be delivered to the host within 7-10 business days from the date of the party and it is the hosts responsibility to make sure his/her guests receive their orders.
Personalized Consultations
All personalized consultations will incur a $25.00 fee that can be used as a credit towards your first order. If you need to re-schedule a consultation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The $25.00 consultation fee cannot be used as a credit towards your first order if a consultation was not cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the consultation.
